At Better Hearing Clinic, we understand the importance of hearing health and are committed to providing our patients with safe and effective hearing care during these uncertain times.
As such, we want to assure you that we are open and adhering to the regulatory guidelines set forth by the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists and the UK Government. We have implemented measures to ensure the safety of our patients and staff, including social distancing, controlled access, and appointment-only treatments.
We are pleased to announce the opening of our new hearing clinic in Radcliffe, which consolidates our previous North West Greater Manchester locations to a more central one. This move eliminates the need for us to rely on third-party premises, which could be challenging in the current environment.
We are also taking additional precautions, such as requiring all patients and staff to wear masks and use 70% hand sanitiser gel upon entering the clinic.
While these measures come with additional costs, we have made every effort to keep our prices reasonable and absorb the majority of the expenses.
